The Kansas City Chiefs are still secure at the top of the AFC standings after Sunday’s win over the Cleveland Browns, but they face new concerns.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that Patrick Mahomes is “week-to-week sick” with an ankle injury he suffered in that win.
