6 people were shot in 4 separate shootings over the weekend in Denver

DENVER — Six people were injured in four separate shootings in the city during a violent holiday weekend in Denver.

No arrests have been announced in any of the four incidents, including a triple shooting in the 4400 block of E. Jewell Avenue early Sunday morning.

Three people were injured in the shooting in southeast Denver. They were taken to hospital where their condition is unknown.

A few hours before the shooting on Jewell Avenue, police were called to the 2300 block of Welton Street for a report of a shooting, where one person was located and taken to the hospital.

One person was injured in a shooting Saturday evening in the 12000 block of E. Albrook Drive. They were transported to the hospital with unknown extent of injuries.

The fourth shooting occurred early Saturday morning in the 1000 block of N. Sheridan Boulevard. One person was transported to the hospital in this incident.
