A portion of Arsenal Road is closed following an entrapment crash Saturday evening in York County. The accident, involving a semi-truck and a passenger vehicle, was reported in the westbound lanes near Interstate 83, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Rescue workers are on site. The crash was a mass casualty crash, “which means multiple patients need to be evaluated,” said PennDOT spokeswoman Fritzi Schreffler.
