Rascal Flatts fans ‘incredibly sad and disappointed’ over new career update

Rascal Flatts fans are expressing their disappointment following the unveiling of the band’s latest project.

On Tuesday, January 14, it was announced that the country trio would be performing during Donald Trump’s Inauguration on Monday, January 20th, with lead singer Gary LeVox Head to Instagram to brag about the news.

“I am so humbled and honored and grateful for the opportunity again to attend the inauguration of the 47th President of the United States,” he gushed on the social media platform. “I got to play it in 2016 and now Rascal Flatts will be performing at Commanders Ball and I’m so excited about it!”

“It will be an unforgettable night!” he concluded.

Reactions to his post were mixed. Some fans said, “Well, that’s disappointing,” while others gushed about the “honor” of being invited to attend the ceremonies.

“Regardless of your personal political views, it is an honor to be invited to perform. 🇺🇸,” some tried to explain.

For some, the scheduling “ruined their day,” while others described themselves as “heartbroken.”

This is in stark contrast to just a few months ago, when fans were “crying with joy” over the band’s “dream come true” update.
