$1 million Powerball ticket sold at NJ ShopRite

The $1 million Powerball lottery ticket purchased in New Jersey for Saturday’s drawing was sold at a supermarket in Morris County.

The ticket was purchased at ShopRIte on Beaverbrook Road in Lincoln Park, New Jersey, lottery officials said Monday.

The lucky ticket matched five numbers, but not the Powerball.

No $50,000 ticket was sold in New Jersey for Saturday’s drawing.

No one across the country hit Saturday’s $238 million jackpot, bringing the top prize for Monday night’s drawing to an estimated $263 million with a cash option of $115.3 million.

Saturday’s winning Powerball numbers were: 3, 6, 32, 37 And 65. The Powerball was drawn 4 with a power play from 3x.

Additionally, no one won the second $10 million Double Play drawing. These winning numbers were: 22, 24, 25, 44 And 53. The Double Play number drawn was 20.

The odds of hitting the Powerball jackpot are 292,201,388 to 1. A player who purchases a $2 ticket has about a 1 in 11,688,053 chance of matching five numbers and at least 1 Million $ to win, while the odds of winning a third prize are 913,129 to 1 or at least $50,000.

Powerball drawings take place every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
