Bryan Harsin never misses an opportunity to dunk on Auburn when he gets the chance.

Harsin, of course, was let go a few years ago after a truly terrible start with the Tigers and was released in favor of Hugh Freeze, who also struggled to break into the starting lineup at The Plains.

Harsin has written several posts like this after the Tigers’ losses, but this one was a little different. In the window, you can just make out Alabama’s LANK motto – Let A Naysayer Know – on his shirt. You are the judge.

“Patience” is a key word in his latest post. Harsin was fired midway through his second season with the Tigers after starting the season 3-5. His final record as head coach at Auburn was 9-12.

However, there were reports within the program that Harsin created a toxic environment at Auburn, which contributed to his firing midway through the 2022 season.

So far, Freeze’s record is comparable to Harsin’s during his time at Auburn. Freeze is now 11-14 as the head coach for Auburn, finishing 5-7 in his second year after a mediocre 6-7 start in 2023. There needs to be an improvement in performance for Freeze to feel confident in his job next Season.
