List of inactive Broncos for Week 13 game against Browns; Does Riley Moss play?

The Denver Broncos face the Cleveland Browns on Monday night in the Mile High City. The question is: which players will take part in this game and which will not? Who will be on the team’s inactive list?

We know for sure that starting cornerback Riley Moss will miss this matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders due to an MCL injury. Moss was one of the Broncos’ best breakout players in 2024 and leads the defense in total snaps played this season. But the team needs to win against Cleveland without him, which means it’s time for Levi Wallace and Damarri Mathis to step up.

Who else will be inactive for the Denver Broncos against the Cleveland Browns in Week 13?

This section will be updated once the Broncos make their inactives official***

The Broncos will have Moss inactive for this game against the Cleveland Browns, and we expect they will continue to have QB3 Zach Wilson “inactive” as their emergency quarterback. As always, this rule dictates that Wilson still must dress for the game, but he will not be able to play unless Bo Nix and Jarrett Stidham are physically unable to do so.

These two guys will fill two of the inactive spots, but the rest will be intriguing. We expect the Broncos to deactivate rookie offensive tackle Frank Crum, who hasn’t been activated much this year.

Last week the Broncos had rookie cornerback Kris Abrams-Draine on the inactive list, but we’ll see if that continues here with Moss injured and out.

Another player who is regularly on the Denver Broncos’ inactive list this season is tight end Greg Dulcich. Dulcich is no longer with the Broncos, as he was released early last week and claimed off waivers by the New York Giants. Calvin Throckmorton was also on the inactive list last week and was waived or added to the practice squad last week.

A player who will do it not Inactive against the Browns will be defensive lineman Zach Allen, who was inactive against the Raiders last week with an ankle/heel injury. He was fully involved in training all week. Once again, the Broncos are dealing with a “good problem” when it comes to making tough decisions about who to inactive for a game and who to add to the gameday roster.
