Noel Gallagher says there will be no controversy as he speaks about the Oasis reunion for the first time

Noel Gallagher has spoken about the Oasis reunion for the first time, promising there will be “no fights” when they go on tour next summer.

Unlike the younger Gallagher brother, who has arguably been more active and vocal about himself and Oasis since the reunion was confirmed, Noel has been pretty quiet about the comeback so far.

However, Speech at Zoë Law’s recent “Legends” exhibition Speaking at an appearance at the National Portrait Gallery, the guitarist and solo artist said things won’t be anywhere near as rocking as they were in Britpop’s heyday, assuring that he and Liam wouldn’t be at each other’s throats.

The main reason is, in a word: age.

The oasis The songwriter said of the upcoming tour dates: “No, it won’t be as loud as it was back then because we’re on the wrong side of 50 now so we’re too old.

“We’re too old to care now, so there will be no arguments, there will be no fights.” When asked if he was glad to have put the feud to rest after a decade and a half of name-calling and back-and-forth , the 57-year-old could only answer: “Of course.”

At least in Noel’s eyes, many have speculated that this reunion tour isn’t just a one-off tour (fingers crossed), but he described wanting the now huge world tour – with dates in the UK, Ireland, USA, Australia and Japan, South America and more – to be a kind of “lap of honor” for the band.

Make of it what you will.

They existed reports that the duo has new music “ready to go.” or at least in writing, but let’s just say we got our Christmas wish with the reunion itself, so we’re not going to push our luck and risk jinxing anything by asking too much. For now, we’ll settle for them remembering that they love each other.

As for his and Liam’s relationships, we don’t know much other than the pictures we eventually saw of them smiling and joking together The Photoshoot for the official announcement in summer.

That being said, the legendary frontman and part-time troll had fun playing a very weird version of “Kiss and Make Up” on social media – and for some reason also using the word “heavenly” a lot. However, he recently responded to what he called a “ridiculous question.”

Although he refused to say who it came from, his response was truly disrespectful LG Mode: “Oasis will be as good as it used to be because if a few bands get back together it won’t be as good. I said listen you fuckers, even on our bad day we’re still going to wipe the floor with (the) majority of these bands out there.”

Now it really seems like the two have gotten over their differences, as Noel had this to say in his interview for the Law photo series. We just hope that means nothing stops her from putting on the shows of her life…
