Recap of “The Voice” Season 26, Episode 19

Tonight on “The Voice,” host Carson Daly reveals the voting results of the eight best live performances. Four artists are voted through and four perform for immediate storage. The stakes are high as only five artists will make it to the live finals to compete for the title. Who will be selected as the trainer representative? 9:01 p.m – The night began with Reba performing her longest number one hit, 2009’s “Consider Me Gone.” Immediately following, Carson released the top eight and revealed the first artist to make it to the finals next This week, Sofronio Vasquez from Team Buble is!

9:09 p.m – Next, Gwen took the stage to perform her own brand new single “Somebody Else’s.” And after some behind-the-scenes footage of the coaches bantering with each other throughout the season, Carson announced that Team Gwen’s Sydney Sterlace and Team Snoop’s Jeremy Beloate both made it to the finals.

9:24 p.m – The next appearance came from one of Snoop’s Death Row Records employees, October Londonwith his song “3rd Shift”. The final artist saved by America’s vote and making it to the finals is Shye from Team Buble.

9:33 p.m – To reach the fifth and final spot in the final, each of the remaining four performed live and let the viewer vote via instant voting. Christina sang Lainey Wilson’s “Heart Like a Truck” and Adam sang Maxwell’s “Pretty Wings.”

9:44 p.m – Jan sang John Mayer’s “Gravity” and Danny sang “House of the Rising Sun” by The Animals.

9:57 p.m – At the end of the five-minute voting window for the final finalist, Carson announced that the artist with the highest total number of votes to secure a spot in the finals is Danny Joseph of Team Reba.
