“The Voice” fans can’t stop talking about Gwen Stefani’s duet with Andrea Bocelli

While Gwen Stefani is busy being a coach The voice In season 26, she also makes big moves in the music industry.

The former No Doubt singer has been releasing new songs in recent months with her latest album bouquet fall in November. When she teamed up with an Italian tenor, she moved from the rock world to the world of classical music Andrea Bocelli for an emotional duet called “Holding On”, which can be heard on Andrea’s current album Duets. The two recently collaborated in a joint Instagram post to reveal that fans can now enjoy the track’s lyric video on YouTube.

“Who heard the beautiful new song with Gwen Stefani – ‘Holding On?'” Andrea wrote in the caption on Instagram. “The response to the track has been phenomenal, the brand new lyric video is out now!”

Shortly after the news broke online, Gwen shared her excitement. “Such an honor to do this song with you 🫶🏼 ✨ @andreabocelliofficial 💕gx,” she replied in the comments.

Fans of both artists were thrilled to see the two making music together, and some even expressed surprise at the collaboration.

“Phenomenal duet!!! Beautiful song, beautiful singing. I hope we get a TV appearance ❤️❤️❤️,” one person inquired. “Two people I never thought would do a duet and it’s beautiful!” Another person commented on the YouTube lyric video, to which another replied: “Agree. I was surprisingly shocked to see these two. It’s been beautiful so far.”

It’s exciting to see Gwen continue to venture outside the pop-rock genre in exciting ways. As her longtime fans know, she loves singing country duets with her husband. Blake Shelton. Their most recent duet “Purple Irises” was released in February and we hope to see more music from the two soon.

Until then, though, we’re excited to listen to Gwen and Andrea’s beautiful song on repeat.
