Kevin Durant’s latest injury status in the Spurs-Suns game

The Phoenix Suns play against the San Antonio Spurs in Arizona on Tuesday evening.

During the game, Kevin Durant went to the locker room with an injury.

He is now out for the rest of the game.

About Underdog NBA: “Status Alert: Kevin Durant (ankle) will not return Tuesday.”

Durant finished his night with 13 points, four rebounds and two assists while shooting 5/8 from the field and 2/2 from three-point range in 16 minutes of playing time.

About Arizona Sports: “Kevin Durant won’t start in the second half after it looked like he was holding on to his ankle in the second quarter.”

Durant came into the game averaging 26.8 points, 6.9 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.6 blocks per game while shooting 53.2% from the field and 43.4% from beyond the arc in his first 12 games who shot from three-point range.

The Suns were one of the elite teams in the NBA when Durant was on the court.

However, they struggled badly in the games he missed.

With a record of 11-8 in 19 games, they are currently the seventh seed in the Western Conference.

After the Spurs, the Suns play their next game on Thursday night against the Pelicans in New Orleans.

Durant was the second overall pick in the 2007 NBA Draft out of Texas.

He is in his third season playing for the Suns.

The 2014 MVP also spent time with the Oklahoma City Thunder, Golden State Warriors and Brooklyn Nets over 18 years.
