Playboi Carti releases “I Am Music” for Rolling Loud’s 10th anniversary

Vampires gather. The time has come.

The long-awaited and much-lauded new album from Playboi Carti I am music will (at least apparently) make its live debut at this year’s = Rolling Loud Miami.

In an announcement post on Instagram, Carti told fans that he couldn’t wait to see them in Florida on December 15, noting that the album would be “played” as part of his performance.

Presumably this means fans can expect to hear the album in its entirety, although no further information regarding Carti’s headlining slot has been announced.

Alternatively, there has been no announcement to date indicating: I am music could potentially arrive a few days before the third and final day of Rolling Loud’s flagship festival. Here we have to hope.

In any case, this year’s edition of Rolling Loud, which also features Future and Travis Scott, celebrates its 10th anniversary.

On Christmas Day 2020 we were gifted a new Carti album for the last time. This began an almost four-year journey that one can hope will come to a worthy end before 2025.

In the years since Lots of redCarti built one of the most unique and meticulous fan bases in music, while dropping some more than memorable weirdos and scene-stealing features along the way.
