The Tigers had the upper hand at halftime with a seven point lead. But UK didn’t back down as the Wildcats battled in the second half. It was a game that went down to the wire, but Clemson was able to keep up with UK’s shooting in the second half and take the win. Otega Oweh led Kentucky with 17 points, while Lamont Butler and Jaxson Robinson scored 16 and 12. Kentucky’s bench struggled against Clemson, accounting for just seven of the Wildcats’ 66 points.
