Italian fashion icon Donatella Versace, 69, recently stunned her fans with her completely different and young look at Elton John’s charity gala premiere of The Devil Wears Prada: The Musical over the weekend.

Versace wore a stunning gold mini dress to the event and shared several photos on Instagram posing with the likes of Vanessa Williams, Anna Wintour and Elton John. However, there was one photo that really turned heads as she posed next to a black SUV and looked very edited in it. Fans called her appearance “unrecognizable”, with many expressing surprise at her appearance in the comments and wondering what the real reason behind her appearance was.

The charity gala was held in London to commemorate the popular musical adaptation of The Devil Wears Prada. Although the event itself was praised, Versace’s photos were the talk of the town online.

One person wrote: “Donatella, new face,” while another said: “Something has changed in you Donatella and it’s something wonderful. You look much younger and happier, and your physical appearance shows it.”

A third person added: “Guys someone needs to find out who this doctor in Hollywood is who is performing these miracles,” while a fourth said: “Siempre viva!” She drank the potion and she gives.”

Although the blonde beauty has never admitted to having plastic surgery, she has attracted media attention for her frequent changes to her appearance over the years.
