New York Jets backup quarterback Tyrod Taylor allegedly called the police on his ex-girlfriend, model-actress Draya Michele, in an attempt to evict her and her children from the mansion they once lived in.

According to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, Taylor, 35, and Michele, 39, have been embroiled in a legal battle over the Southern California property for several months.

Michele originally sued Taylor over the property in June, claiming he backed out of an oral agreement to sell the home to her for $3.2 million. Now, in her latest filing, obtained by DailyMail.com, Michele claims Taylor sent officers to the property to evict her and her three children.

“On 11/20/2024, Ms. Howard received an alarming call from her children’s nanny while she was on a business trip that the sheriffs were at the affected property to lock residents out of the affected property,” the Nov. 26 filing said.

According to People.com, Michele has a 21-year-old son, Kniko, as well as an eight-year-old son, Jrue, with former NFL cornerback Orlando Scandrick and a baby girl with Houston Rockets star Jalen Green.

Michele claims she was caught off guard by the incident and never received any notification.

Ultimately, Michelle’s attorney was informed that Taylor had filed an eviction notice through his company, which technically owns the property. A default judgment was entered in the case allowing this to happen According to Michele’s file, the NFL star allegedly delivered it to her by mail.

Michele claims neither she nor her attorney were ever served with any paperwork from Taylor or his legal team.

DailyMail.com has contacted lawyers for both parties for clarification and comment on the matter.

Earlier this year, Michele filed a lawsuit against Taylor, asking a judge to force the quarterback to sell her a home he bought for her and their children.

The lawsuit mentions an oral agreement between the two to purchase the home, but no written agreement was signed.

Taylor and Michele agreed that any financial contributions Michele made to the home would be factored into the final purchase price.

However, she claims in the lawsuit that Taylor refused to sell the property to her after she spent $300,000 on the property.

Taylor signed a two-year contract with the Jets in March of this year. He appeared in a contest late in Week 1, completing a poor-time touchdown pass against the San Francisco 49ers.

Michele, a former girlfriend of Chris Brown, appeared on a season of “Basketball Wives” on VH1 and “Will to Love” on TV One. She also had a role in the 2016 film “The Perfect Match” with Donald Faison.

Michele also owns a number of clothing lines.

According to various reports, she and Green, 22, have been together since August 2023.
