Given that he is listed as questionable, there is still considerable doubt as to whether or not Andrew Wiggins will be able to play on Thursday night. Wiggins has been able to stay healthy for the most part this year and has produced some of the most efficient results of his career as a result, as the former No. 1 overall pick is currently averaging 17.2 points on over 41 percent shooting from long range this year.

As previously mentioned, the Warriors will already be without Stephen Curry (double knee injury treatment) and Draymond Green (left calf strain) for the game against Houston, which will be the second straight game that Green has missed. Curry, meanwhile, played in Golden State’s last game against the Denver Nuggets, but recently missed a game against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Overall, the Warriors have come back down to earth after their blistering start to the season, having now lost five straight games dating back to a loss to the San Antonio Spurs on November 23rd.

Meanwhile, the Rockets had a strong start to the 2024-25 NBA season, fielding one of the league’s best defenses under head coach Ime Udoka.

In any case, the Rockets and Warriors will kick off at 10 p.m. ET from the Chase Center in San Francisco.
