Nick Fuentes is facing battery charges after the “Your Body, My Choice” confrontation at his Illinois home

Far-right streamer and influencer Nick Fuentes has been charged with assault after he allegedly pepper-sprayed a woman when she showed up at his front door in Illinois last month, while his refrain “Your body, my choice” went viral.

Marla Rose, 57, told police that she went to photograph Fuentes’ home in November after seeing his controversial social media post and that he sprayed her with pepper spray, pushed her onto the concrete and placed her phone in front of his Broke down house in Chicago area Berwyn, Illinois. According to a police report filed Nov. 11, the woman had no visible physical injuries, but her eyes were “watery.”

Fuentes was arrested late last month and released the same day. He is scheduled to appear in court on December 19th.

Fuentes did not respond to requests for comment on Friday.

He posted pictures of his mugshots on X on Friday and wrote: “Free me n—-.” Rose also took to social media, posting on Facebook: “It. Is. To. 🔥🔥🔥 PS – Civil case pending.”

Rose could not be reached for comment on Friday.

Fuentes was doxxed and his address posted on social media after he went viral with an . “Forever,” referring to abortion policies.

He told police that since he “posted a political joke online,” he had faced death threats and “people showing up at his house unannounced” and was “in fear for his life,” it said the report.

According to the police report, another woman who drove past Fuentes’ house called police and reported seeing a woman being pushed by a man outside the house. Rose was still at the home when police arrived, but she and Fuentes became separated while they spoke with officers, the report said. Police said Fuentes became “uncooperative” with the resource officer on scene and did not answer further questions about the alleged altercation with Rose, the report said.

After his Election Day post, Fuentes’ personal information began circulating online, with many posting his address and pictures of his home on social media, writing, “Your house, our choice.”

In a now-deleted Facebook post, Rose said she was asked to show up at Fuentes’ door given the views he shared online. She also revealed Fuentes’ home address several times in her post.
