Oregon’s all-black look leads the way for Week 15 college football uniforms

Championship Week in college football is just around the corner and teams are sporting sporty looks for the occasion.

With an exceptional undefeated season under coach Dan Lanning, the top-ranked Oregon Ducks will look to revamp their look after a one-point win in Week 7 over the Ohio State Buckeyes.

In their Big Ten Championship debut against the No. 3 ranked Penn State Nittany Lions, the Ducks sport their all-black “Fly Era” look as part of their “Generation O” collection. Oregon will wear a green helmet with a white “O” logo on the side and a green visor.

Penn State will counter Oregon’s all-black look with an ice white uniform.

Here are the best college football uniforms for Championship Week.

The 8th-ranked SMU Mustangs suffered just one loss in their debut season in the Atlantic Coast Conference. By remaining undefeated in conference play, they secured a spot in the ACC conference title game against the Clemson Tigers. SMU will wear a blue-on-white combination for the championship with an ACC Championship patch on the collar.

The Army Black Knights were undefeated all season until losing 49-14 to the Notre Dame Fighting Irish two Saturdays ago. Nevertheless, the Black Knights have earned their place in the fight for the American Conference championship against the Tulane Green Wave. Army will wear an all-black look with gold trim to compete with Tulane’s white-on-green yarns.

Led by Heisman candidate Ashton Jeanty, the Boise State Broncos were a force to be reckoned with this fall. The Broncos will sport a classic, all-blue look in the Mountain West championship.

The UNLV Rebels will counter with a gray uniform.
