Penn State LB pukes just before Oregon scores 2nd touchdown of Big Ten Championship

Penn State and Oregon face off in the Big Ten Championship Game, with both teams’ offenses getting off to a fast start in the first quarter. Both teams scored on their first two possessions and moved right down the field against two very good defenses.

The Ducks applied pressure early and quickly took their toll on at least one member of Penn State’s defense. Oregon was nearing the end zone for its second score of the game when Penn State linebacker Kobe King puked just before Oregon’s second touchdown.

This is how the final touchdown went:

Dillon Gabriel threw two touchdowns in the first quarter, both going to Kenyon Sadiq. Oregon’s offense set a rapid pace in the game, as this unit ran 22 plays in the first quarter. That can take a toll on opposing defenses, and as King got sick in the first quarter, it could already be taking its toll on Penn State.

Both teams will be in the CFP when the final round is released on Sunday, but there is still a lot to be decided with this result. If the Ducks win, they will secure the top spot in the playoffs. The Nittany Lions would also secure a bye in the first round with a win.
