NBA fans react to Joel Embiid injury news ahead of 76ers-Bulls

Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid only appeared in four games this season. When it comes to treating left knee injuries, Embiid hasn’t been able to do much for a 76ers team that is currently 6-15 on the season.

Even if an NBA team isn’t nine games below .500 at any point during the season, the 76ers hope they have enough time to turn things around, health permitting. A possible step in that direction was made on Saturday when the 76ers listed Embiid as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bulls.

Via Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer: “Sixers center Joel Embiid is listed as questionable for tomorrow’s game against the Chicago Bulls because he is being treated for a left knee injury.”

NBA fans reacted to the news ahead of Sunday’s Bulls-76ers showdown.

“Honestly, I would keep him waiting a while,” one fan suggested.

“Just sit him out until he’s 100 percent healthy,” another fan urged the team.

“He’s out,” one fan predicted. “Done with the questionable nonsense”

“It would also be questionable whether I would watch it,” one fan joked.

76ers fans have been understandably frustrated with how this season has turned out, with injuries being the biggest factor. While Embiid only played four games, newly signed star forward Paul George only played 11 games early in his 76ers career.
