Jay-Z is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl with Sean “Diddy” Combs more than two decades ago: a bombshell lawsuit

Hip-hop star Jay-Z was accused of raping a 13-year-old girl with Sean “Diddy” Combs at a VMAs afterparty in New York two decades ago, a explosive lawsuit says.

The alleged victim – identified only as “Jane Doe” – made the disturbing allegation in a civil lawsuit filed Sunday in the Southern District of New York, NBC reported.

The lawsuit was originally filed against Combs in October, but has now been refiled to include Jay-Z — whose real name is Shawn Carter, according to the outlet.

Jay-Z and his associates had no comment to NBC and could not immediately be reached by The Post.

In initial court filings, the alleged teenage victim claimed she was attacked by Combs and two other unnamed celebrities at the September 2000 drug-fueled house party following the VMAs show at Radio City Music Hall.

The girl claimed the alleged attack occurred after she drank a drink that left her “lightheaded and dizzy,” according to court documents.

“Looking for a place to rest, plaintiff entered what she believed to be an empty bedroom where she could lie down for a moment,” the original filing states.

“Soon afterward, Combs entered the room along with a male and a female celebrity.”

“Combs aggressively walked toward plaintiff with a crazy look in his eyes, grabbed her and said, ‘You’re ready to party,'” the filing continues.

The woman claimed she was then restrained and raped by Combs and Carter while the unnamed female star watched.

The civil lawsuit is among allegations made against Combs after he was struck on federal sex trafficking charges in September.

Combs’ lawyers have repeatedly derided the civil case – mostly led by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee – as a “shameless publicity stunt.”

“As his legal team has said, Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process,” his legal team had repeatedly told the Post.

“The truth will prevail in court: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sexually assaulted anyone – man, woman, adult or minor.”

Combs, who has pleaded not guilty to the federal charges and will stand trial next May, is being held without bail in federal custody in Brooklyn.

The timing of the allegations is about eight years before the “Hard Knock Life” rapper married pop star Beyoncé.
