Lawsuit accuses Jay-Z of raping 13-year-old girl with Diddy Combs

A lawsuit filed in October against Sean “Diddy” Combs for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000 was reportedly refiled Sunday and now includes rapper Jay-Z.

Combs was arrested in September on numerous federal charges alleging racketeering, sex trafficking and other crimes and remains held without bail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. He has denied all allegations.

The accuser, who remained anonymous as “Jane Doe,” said she was attacked after being driven to an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty, NBC News reported Sunday. The lawsuit is one of dozens filed by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, but the only one involving another high-profile defendant.

None of the people involved – Jay-Z’s lawyer, Buzbee or Combs’ representatives – immediately commented Sunday evening. Combs has steadfastly denied all allegations.

The lawsuit alleges the young fan tried to get into the VMAs at Radio City Music Hall without a ticket. As she approached several limousines, a driver told her that she “fit what Diddy was looking for,” NBC News reported. He picked her up after the show and took her to a celebrity house where people were partying with weed and cocaine.

There she was given a drink and soon felt “light-headed, dizzy and” like she needed to lie down, the suit said, and she went to another room to rest. Combs and Shawn Carter, Jay-Z’s first name, walked in, told her she was “ready to party” and forced themselves on her, NBC News reported, citing the lawsuit.
