Read it: Jay-Z sends harsh memo amid Diddy allegations

Jay-Z was accused of raping a minor along with Sean “Diddy” Combs at an MTV VMAs afterparty in 2000, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

The lawsuit, originally filed in October, was refiled Sunday in New York by an anonymous accuser who claimed Jay-Z, whose full name is Shawn Carter, “raped” her while Combs and “Celebrity B” watched.

The lawsuit originally stated that Combs raped the minor while “Celebrity A” and “Celebrity B” watched. Carter was named as “Celebrity A” in the refiled lawsuit.

Jay-Z denied the allegations and accused lawyer Tony Buzzbee of extortion in a statement he made through his Roc Nation banner.

“My attorney received an extortion attempt, a so-called demand letter, from a ‘lawyer’ named Tony Buzbee,” Jay-Z said in a statement posted to Roc Nation’s X account. “What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would lead us to reach a settlement.”

“No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you VERY publicly for the scam. So no, I won’t give you a RED PENNY!!”

Jay-Z continued, “These allegations are so heinous that I am asking you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil lawsuit! Whoever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked up, don’t you think? These allegations. “If that were the case, the victims would have deserved real justice.”

The lawsuit states that Combs and Carter “took turns assaulting the minor.” “Many others were present at the afterparty but did nothing to stop the attack.”

According to a lawsuit, the 13-year-old girl was dropped off at Radio City Music Hall by a friend because she wanted to attend the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards. To gain entry to the venue, she began approaching limo drivers waiting outside the celebrity-studded event.

“One of the limo drivers she spoke to claimed to work for (Diddy),” the lawsuit says. “He told her that Combs liked younger girls and said she ‘fitted what Diddy was looking for’ by not letting her into the awards but inviting her to an afterparty.”

The 13-year-old “recognized a lot of celebrities” when he arrived at the party and had to sign a non-disclosure agreement. However, she did not receive a copy.

Combs, who would have been 30 at the time, then allegedly tried to force the girl to perform oral sex on him. He stopped after she hit him in the neck, the lawsuit says.

Representatives for Jay-Z did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
