American rapper Jay-Z hit back in a lawsuit accusing him of drugging and raping a 13-year-old girl at a party with Sean “Diddy” Combs in 2000.

The anonymous accuser claims she was attacked at a house party after the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) while traveling to New York, saying an unnamed female celebrity was present at the time.

Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, dismisses the legal action as an “attempt at blackmail.”

Oga Combs – we are in jail awaiting trial after being charged with sex trafficking and ODA offenses in September – I deny the latest allegations.

The lawsuit was originally scheduled to be filed in October and was refiled Sunday to list Oga Carter as a defendant.

The BBC is contacting Oga Carter’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, and publicist for comment.

Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee has filed legal action under the New York Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act.

Oga Buzbee filed numerous lawsuits in recent months accusing Oga Combs of assault and rape. Hip-hop artist Dey faces a criminal trial on May 5th.

Oga Carter agreed with the statement they posted on social media: “My lawyer has received an extortion attempt, we are calling a demand letter from a ‘lawyer’ named Tony Buzbee.”

“We cannot imagine that the nature of the allegations and the public scrutiny will lead me to be complacent.”

“No, sir, that has the opposite effect! I want me to expose you for fraud because you are VERY public. So no, there’s no way I’m giving you ONE RED PENNY!!”

A statement from Oga Combs’ legal team said the lawsuit was the latest in a series of “shameless publicity stunts aimed at coercing payments from celebrities who they fear will not spread lies about them, like them.” Don’t spread lies.” about Oga Combs”.

The statement said the trial will show that Oga Combs is innocent of all allegations against me. You face 30 ODA lawsuits.

The accuser identified herself only as “Jane Doe” for a court appearance on Sunday, sources said in 2000. When she was 13, a friend picked her up to the VMAs at Radio City Music Hall in Manhattan.

She allegedly approached limousine drivers outside the venue to gain entry to the show, the legal action states.

A driver told her she was employed by Oga Combs and said she was a “fit for Diddy, who they were looking for,” according to the lawsuit.

Later that evening, the chauffeur drove her to a White House party, according to the legal action.

Jane Doe said that if she ended up for the party, she would ask her to sign a document. She believes she signed a non-disclosure agreement and then filed a lawsuit.

The legal action says she chose “many celebrities” for the party and observed widespread drug use, including cocaine.

A waitress offered her a drink because she was feeling “light-headed,” so she went into a room to lie down, the lawsuit says.

Soon after, the lawsuit says, Oga Combs and Oga Carter enter the room with a female celebrity they refer to as Celebrity B. “Plaintiff immediately acknowledges all three celebrities,” the lawsuit states.

The legal action states that Oga Combs walked up to her “with a crazy look in his eyes,” grabbed her and said, “You’re ready to party!”

Oga Carter held her down and raped her, while Oga Combs did the same while Celebrity B looked on, the lawsuit says.

Jane Doe fought back during the attack and when Oga Combs unexpectedly escaped, she backed away, prompting legal action.

In the lawsuit, they seek to seek unspecified damages. The plaintiff still suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and depression due to the alleged rapes.

Because according to me, Oga Carter says, we are married to Beyoncé with whom we have three children: “My only sorrow is for my family.”

“My wife and I have to sit with our children. One of them will go with their friends to see the press and ask questions about the nature of the claims and explain to them the cruelty and greed of the Pipo.”
