Jay Z is worried about his family because of a rape claim

The rapper denied all allegations made against him in the lawsuit. Instead, the Texas lawyer and his client called the lawsuit “extortion.” However, Jay-Z expressed more concern for his family and the impact this lawsuit will have on them.

The 55-year-old said: “My only sorrow is for my family. My wife and I will have to sit down with our children, one of whom is at the age when their friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims and explain people’s cruelty and greed. “I mourn another loss of my innocence,” as Page Six reports.

He added: “Children shouldn’t have to endure something like this at a young age. It is unfair to have to try to understand the inexplicable extent of the evil that seeks to destroy families and the human spirit.”

Jay Z has daughter Blue Ivy (12) and twins Rumi and Sir (both 7) with Beyonce.

Jay Z denies the allegations in the lawsuit

The lawsuit alleged that the 99 Problems rapper was Diddy’s accomplice when the two sexually abused the 13-year-old girl at the VMAs afterparty in 2000. However, in a lengthy statement posted online, Jay Z stated, “My lawyer was blackmailed,” a so-called demand letter, by a “lawyer” named Tony Buzbee. What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and public scrutiny would lead me to agree.”

He continued: “No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to VERY publicly expose you for the fraud you are perpetrating. So no, I am NOT giving you a RED PENNY!! These allegations are so heinous that I am asking you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil complaint!! Whoever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked up, don’t you agree? These alleged victims would deserve real justice in this case.”

The rapper also mentioned that after doing “a little research” on Buzzbee, he realized that the lawyer probably “has a pattern for this kind of theatrics,” as Blast reported. About the lawyer, Jay-Z said: “I have no idea how you became such a deplorable person, Mr. Buzbee, but I promise you that I have seen your like many times before.” I am fully prepared to deal with yours type to deal with. You claim to be a Marine?! Marines are known for their bravery, they have no honor or dignity.”
