WNBA starCaitlin Clark is not only an American professional basketball player for the Indiana Fever, but also a die-hard fan of Taylor Swift since childhood. Not only is she a popular Swiftie, but she is also known for supporting the Kansas City Chiefs.
There were two things that happened this Sunday – the end of Taylor Swift Epoch tour and the Chiefs’ 19-17 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers at Arrowhead Stadium. As a fan of both, it was no surprise that Clark was involved in the Era’s Tour concert and the Chiefs’ victory.
In this article, we take a look at what Caitlin Clark had to say about the end of her Taylor tour and the Chiefs’ win over the Chargers.

What did Caitlin Clark say about the Chiefs’ win?

Clark celebrated her win with her post on Twitter/X, catching fans’ attention when she said: “Bank is open…. CHIEFSSSSSSSSSSS.” The post quickly went viral, garnering thousands of likes and shares as people appreciated the Chiefs’ win and Clark’s unwavering passion. Her viral response added even more joy to an already memorable night for Kansas City fans.
Although Clark didn’t join the Indiana Fever until 2024, she started playing basketball at the age of five. Before joining the WNBA, she was part of the Iowa Hawkeyes women’s basketball team for about four years. However, she has always been vocal about her love for football and supported the Chiefs wholeheartedly.
She grew up in Des Moines, Iowa and is a long-time admirer of the club. In December 2023, she surprised Arrowhead Stadium when she exchanged signed jerseys with Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice.

Caitlin Clark’s love for Swift is already known to fans. In November 2024, the Indiana Fever’s rising star was spotted exchanging wristbands with Swifties before the Eras Tour concert at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
Exchanging friendship bracelets is a popular trend at Taylor Swift’s concert, which began about two years ago. Swifties make colored bracelets out of beads with the intention of exchanging them. Swift performed at the venue three nights from Friday to Sunday. Clark attended the concert for two nights with a bundle of bracelets on his wrist. Coincidentally, just 30 minutes after Cheifs’ win, Swift marked the end of the highest-grossing music tour in history. Even though the concert is over, Caitlin Clark can find some solace with her favorite team on stage for now.

Not to mention, Travis Kelce reached a monumental milestone by becoming the fastest tight end in NFL history to reach 12,000 receiving yards in his career. It goes without saying that even though Swift wasn’t able to attend the game, she supported Kelce with vocals during her concert: “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs.”
The original line was “Karma is the guy on the screen.” Her Eras tour, which ended with her supporting Kelce, caused an uproar among fans. This ends the spectacular Sunday with the most exciting moments in pop culture and sport.
