50 Cent responds to lawsuit alleging JAY-Z and Diddy co-raped minors

The mention of Jay-Z in a rape lawsuit alongside Diddy sent a shockwave through the hip-hop community and sparked countless reactions. Many people wondered what 50 Cent had to say, and he lived up to his entertaining yet villainous nature with his inevitable reaction.

Hov was added to the amended version of that lawsuit, which originally only affected the Bad Boy founder in October. The moguls are accused of drugging and raping a 13-year-old girl at an afterparty for the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.

On Instagram, the “In Da Club” rapper shared the classic meme of himself from season six of entourage where he pulls up next to Turtle, jokes about his car, and then drives away. In the caption, he asked, “Ok I don’t know what’s going on but are we still going to have the Super Bowl(?) *sad face emoji* Just asking for a friend!” Check it out below.

50 Cent has been a constant thorn in the side of Diddy and Jay-Z throughout their careers, but especially in the last year as Diddy has been sued by multiple women for rape, assault, sex trafficking and more. The G-Unit leader repeatedly blamed the Brooklyn rapper for Puff’s misconduct and asked why he remained so silent.

This lawsuit was filed against the “99 Problems” rapper by Tony Buzbee, the Houston-based attorney who represents over 120 alleged Diddy victims. The 4:44 The artist immediately responded to the lawsuit in a statement shared by Roc Nation’s social media accounts. He denied all allegations, questioned Buzbee’s integrity, explained how such allegations would affect his children, and reiterated his willingness to engage in this legal battle.

“You made a terrible mistake by thinking that all ‘celebrities’ are the same,” the father of three wrote. “I don’t come from your world. I’m a young man who made it out of Project Brooklyn… We have very strict rules of conduct and honor. We protect children.” Check out the full statement below.
