The man is being questioned in connection with the fatal shooting of United HealthCare’s CEO was reportedly arrested on local charges, according to CNN and the New York Times.

When the man was arrested today at a McDonald’s in Altoona, Pennsylvania, the subject reportedly showed police the same fake New Jersey ID that the man he believed was the shooter flashed when checking into a hostel on the Upper West Side of Manhattan on November 24, according to a senior police official.
