Taylor Swift Donated $197 Million in Bonuses to the Eras Tour Crew (Exclusive)

Taylor Swift’s Eras tour team put in a lot of work – and she rewarded it handsomely.

Over the past two years, Swift handed out $197 million in bonuses to everyone involved in her tour – including truck drivers, caterers, instrument technicians, merch team, lighting, sound, production staff and assistants, carpenters, dancers, band , security guards and choreographers, pyrotechnics, riggers, hair, makeup, wardrobe, physical therapists and video crew — PEOPLE confirms.

In August 2023, as Swift completed the tour’s first North American leg, PEOPLE confirmed that she had paid out more than $55 million in bonuses.

On Sunday, December 8, Swift, 34, took the stage at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver for her final show of the Eras Tour, which began in March 2023 in Glendale, Arizona.

During their opening lover On set, Swift shared her appreciation with her fans and concertgoers.

After her 149th and final show, Swift’s production company, Taylor Swift Touring, confirmed the New York Times that 10,168,008 people attended the Eras Tour – and that a total of $2,077,618,725 in tickets were sold, making it the best-selling tour of all time and “selling twice as many gross tickets as any other concert tour in history.”

Swift ends 2024 with unprecedented success.
