WR Notes: If Justin Jefferson is still the clear WR1 overall, he’s had a fun way to show it over the last three weeks. 13 catches for 156 scoreless yards. The hope is that Jordan Addison and TJ Hockenson’s breakouts in Week 12 will make the price of doubling Jefferson every snap become too high for opposing defenses. … CeeDee Lamb is second Puka Nacua in targets since Cooper Rush took over at quarterback in Week 10. He hasn’t peaked a week yet in that span, but that’s inevitable with this kind of deployment. The Giants have no answer to slow CeeDee. …Although he’s only just reached the top 20 of the year, Courtland Sutton is that WR4 by average PPR points over the last five weeks. The Browns’ pass defense is still pretty respectable, but it’s nowhere near the stay-away unit of old. In fact, only eight teams give up more receiver fantasy points. …I will continue to remain bullish Jaxon Smith-Njigba Rankings. Every character is suddenly WR1 flashes, and the Jets are a much better pairing than their season-long stats suggest. This has simply not been a good defense since Robert Saleh was fired.

Malik Nabers Going into “I don’t know, ask the coach” mode after Sunday’s nasty Bucs loss caused about three new Tommy DeVito injuries in three days. The meme man has given way to Drew Lock. That could reduce Nabers’ lineup space, but it also gives him actual downfield ceiling against the Cowboys’ combustible defense. Nabers appears poised to end its crisis on Thanksgiving. … Drake London went into the Falcons’ bye week with a lengthy lull. A lingering hip injury probably had something to do with it. Expect higher targets and more production in London as the Falcons look to make the playoffs. … It’s time for the Chargers to get serious about improving Ladd McConkey‘s target share. Quentin Johnston is a strict MVS-style role player, while Josh Palmer’s air yards always boil down to prayer yards. Ladd remains ridiculously efficient with his surprisingly modest overall goals. Let him go, Harbs. Hopefully he has no choice after the Johnston and Palmer fiasco on Monday night. … George Pickens is still a type of WR1. Right now it will never be against the Bengals, who can’t get stops and are very exploitable on the field.

Tyreek Hill no longer has a WR1 leg to stand on. He’s not even close to being fully healthy, and the Dolphins have no incentive to change their short-yardage dink-and-dunk approach. If there is hope, it is for Hill to become more involved in this part of the field. His target base has at least remained solid. …We can’t mention Hill without highlighting it Jaylen WaddleThe long-awaited week 12 breakout. The question is: What significantly changes a single production game? I guess Waddle at least has a cap again. The floor remains that of a WR3. …Early post-trade conventions had this opinion Garrett Wilson Ranking ahead Davante Adams. One of the reasons was that Wilson scored a lot more fantasy points. I think the days of Aaron Rodgers being the last stand are over. Not surprisingly, Adams is now aiming for far more goals. Wilson is still upside down, but that’s a spot Rodgers doesn’t want to tread. I rate Adams higher for Week 13.

I wanted to create a ranking Marvin Harrison Jr. so much lower, but this is a rare week where the Cardinals’ passing strengths are on display. Despite being mediocre, Kyler Murray was one of the better QBs in the league under pressure. He should be able to navigate the Vikings’ ferocious blitz attack well enough to find MHJ at the end of the field against a defense that scores the second-most fantasy receiver points. … Jauan Jennings will find himself in the top 30 when Brock Purdy (shoulder) plays. If not, I’ll probably have to place him outside the top 36. … Zay flowers And Jayden Reed are two wideouts who are both dangerous with the ball in their hands, but who have long since lost WR2 of the doubt. In run-first offenses, the targets simply aren’t numerous enough. Because of the YAC-based upside, you can easily treat them as WR3s. …The same compilation formula in each case DJ Moore, Keenan Allen And Rome Odunze driven in week 12 is there for Thanksgiving. As massive underdogs, the Bears will have to play all afternoon against a strong Lions defense that is also undermanned in the secondary and giving up a lot of raw receiving. Chicago just has to hope that short-week player Caleb Williams doesn’t get torpedoed by the pass rush.

Jerry Jeudy has been a PPR WR1 the last five weeks. Cedric Tillman (Concussion) remains sidelined for Week 13. Jeudy’s concern is Patrick Surtain’s lockdown coverage, but Jameis Winston takes so many different bites at the apple that Jeudy can still finish in the top 30. … It’s really difficult to know what to do with the Bills’ receiver corps. Keon Coleman (Wrist) seems ready to return. Dalton Kincaid (Knee) seems ready to sit. Amari Cooper will be healthier and more familiar with the Bills’ game plan after the bye. That’s why I’m fading Khalil ShakirRecent WR2 production and the introduction of a sort of WR3/4 free-for-all amidst Buffalo’s wideouts. … Tank Dell is having a Tony Pollard-style season. He just doesn’t look like the same player less than a year removed from his traumatic leg break. The matchups won’t be any better than the Jags’, but the Texans’ talented young wideout could “wait until next year.” … The farewell came at the right time Brian Thomas Jr. (ribs). The problem is that he will be intercepting passes from a one-armed Trevor Lawrence against an overall strong Texans pass D. … Marquez Valdes Scantling And Nick Westbrook Ikhine: Zero point bottoms, surprise WR2 up.
