According to court documents obtained by Us weeklyOn November 18, a car was stopped by police in Niagara, Wisconsin, for loud exhaust fumes. Chelsea, 27, was one of two passengers in the vehicle. The officer noted that Chelsea had “pimple marks” on her face and asked for any identifying information. Chelsea didn’t have identification on hand, but provided her name and date of birth to the officer, according to the documents.

The officer entered her name and date of birth into his system and discovered that she was incarcerated on drug cases out of Marinette and Oconto County, Wisconsin. (Chelsea was previously arrested in September and October and charged with child neglect and drug possession.)

After reviewing her information, the officer ordered a K9 to sniff the car, which resulted in a positive alert. Police ordered Chelsea and the others in the car to exit the vehicle. Naloxone, which can reverse the effects of an opiate overdose, was found in the torso.

Chelsea was taken to the Marinette County Jail, where she was searched a second time when authorities discovered she had hidden a prescription pill bottle. The bottle contained a clear bag containing a crystal-like substance, a clear bag containing hydrocodone, eight loose hydrocodone tablets, 16 lamotrigine tablets, and one full and three half alprazolam tablets.

Chelsea faces five charges, including two felony counts of possession of methamphetamine and another count of possession of narcotics. She was also charged with resisting an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

Days before Chelsea’s arrest on November 18, she appeared in court for her arrest in October.
