Joe Burrow breaks silence on home invasion, says ‘lack of privacy’ is ‘difficult…to deal with’

Joe Burrow joins Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce as the latest NFL star to fall victim to a home invasion.

Burrow’s house was broken into while facing the Cowboys in Dallas on Monday. The NFL recently sent out a memo regarding the incidents.

Burrow discussed the incident Wednesday, albeit briefly, saying it added to the stress of living a life in which his whereabouts are constantly known.

“Obviously everyone heard what happened. I feel like my privacy has been violated in more ways than one. And there’s already a lot more than I want out there and want to share, so that’s all I can say. “Say on that,” Burrow began.

“We live a public life and what I like least about it is the lack of privacy. And that’s been difficult for me throughout my career. I’m still learning. But I understand that it is the life we choose.” No. That doesn’t make it any easier to deal with.
