It will still be cold in these counties, but wind chills will remain slightly warmer than -20. Wind chill values ​​could reach 20 degrees below zero early Thursday morning. The Arctic high pressure system will bring clear skies and high temperatures only reaching the teens on Thursday. Friday will start in the single digits but will be dry.
