The Gator Nation now knows what to expect from its beloved Florida football team next fall after the Southeastern Conference announced its 2025 schedule on Wednesday. Since dates for the fight against orange and blue have now been set for the eight partner schools, all points can now be linked together.

Billy Napier will open his fourth season in Gainesville on August 30 at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium against the Long Island Sharks, followed by a visit to the USF Bulls on September 6. These will be the only non-Power Four schools on the slate.

Florida opens the SEC portion of its schedule on September 13th at the LSU Tigers in Baton Rouge and remains on the road for its return game against the Miami Hurricanes in Coral Gables (September 20th). The Gators then get a bye a week before hosting the Texas Longhorns (October 4), then traveling to face the Texas A&M Aggies (October 11) and then hosting the Mississippi State Bulldogs (October 18) before the next one Bye comes.

In the home stretch of the 2024 regular season, Florida plays against the Georgia Bulldogs in Jacksonville (November 1st), a road trip against the Kentucky Wildcats (November 8th) and the Ole Miss Rebels (November 15th), a home game against the Tennessee Volunteers (No. 22) and of course the finale against the Florida State Seminoles (November 29) at the Swamp.
