Selena Gomez got engaged to Benny Blanco in her favorite Banana Republic jeans – and they’re on sale

Who says star-worthy jeans have to cost hundreds?

Selena Gomez announced her engagement to Benny Blanco on Wednesday night, sharing snaps on Instagram of the intimate picnic where her music producer seemingly popped the question.

And while Page Six Style experts said her stunning marquise diamond ring could be worth around $250,000, the Banana Republic Icon Jeans ($120 $72) that she wore to propose cost far less.

While her exact light wash pair is selling out quickly, the style is still in stock — and at a rare 40% off — in cream and medium wash versions. (Just click “Add to Cart” to see the discount.)

For those who prefer denim in darker tones, the straight-leg style in a dark wash is also available for over 20% off ($120 $95).

The timeless design is a long-time favorite of Gomez’s. In October, she even wore the lighter wash on consecutive days.

Her wardrobe also includes the medium wash, which she paired with a Celine blazer for an Instagram snap a week later.

She’s not the only icon to wear the Icon Jean either, as Katie Holmes wore the affordable blues in NYC earlier this season.

While we’ll have to wait for more wedding content, one thing is for sure: Gomez has already gotten “something blue.”
