It’s Santa’s busiest time of year. He runs exercises with the reindeer, oversees the elves’ toy production, and makes the final decision about which children are naughty and which are nice. And now, in addition to all of these tasks, Santa Claus is apparently preparing his house Zillow.

Built in 1822, the same year Clement Clarke Moore wrote “‘Twas the Night Before Christmas,” the two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is 2,086 square feet and sits on 25 acres. There is a detached all-weather garage with space for a sleigh and a stable for reindeer. The property’s two fireplaces, which have built-in garters, connect to an oversized chimney that is completely “elven accessible.”

“The kitchen is a delight, perfect for making large batches of gingerbread and pots of steaming hot cocoa for visiting elves,” says Zillow (ZG) Listing reads. “Upstairs you’ll find Santa’s mailroom and office, a secluded space for reading letters, planning routes and researching who’s naughty and nice.”

Unfortunately for anyone in the market for North Pole real estate, the real estate listing website highlights the big man’s log cabin as a “showpiece” – meaning it’s not actually for sale. However, if the Clauses did indeed want to move to a new location, real estate experts value their current home at $1,206,139.

In addition to showcasing Santa’s possessions, Zillow offers other festive services this Christmas. If a family has recently moved, they can let the North Pole know their new address using a new feature on the Zillow website.

“Celebrating the holidays in a new home is exciting, but it can also be overwhelming,” Zillow home trends expert Amanda Pendleton said in a opinion.

“At Zillow, we know moving is difficult, and we’re constantly developing tools to make the process less stressful. We also know that parents in particular are exposed to more stress when moving, which can be exacerbated by holiday pressure. If families can share their new address with Santa, they can provide some comfort to children in times of change.”
