I’m no expert, but I will say that this is probably illegal…

A man posted a video on TikTok and told viewers an alarming story about his Navy Federal Credit Union bank account suddenly closing.

And to make matters worse, he had a whole lot of cash in that account…

$21,579 to be exact…that’s not chump change!

The man said he tried to log into his Navy Federal account using Face ID several times and when that didn’t work, he tried entering his information manually.

When that didn’t work, his account was suspended and he called Navy Federal’s customer service department.

An employee then told the man that his account could not be found.

The man pressed the customer service representative for more information and was told, “Sir, at this point I don’t know what I can do. I can pass this on to the next level, but right now the credentials and everything you gave us doesn’t call any account at all. So I really don’t know what to tell you.”

I don’t know about you, but I would lose my mind over this!
