Taylor Swift’s 35th birthday is the surprise theme of this New York Times game

Taylor Swift’s birthday is basically a national holiday at this point – and this year it is New York Times celebrates it. To mark the moment, the newspaper took a page from Swift’s book and added some Easter eggs to its popular word search game, Strands. Spoiler alert: The words you should be looking for today are all album titles.

The official theme of today’s Strands game is “One for the Swifties,” and the “Spangram” (aka the word that runs the entire width of the board and sums up the theme of the puzzle) is “Album Title.” Given that, you can probably guess the rest of the puzzle’s theme words: “Folklore,” “Fearless,” “Evermore,” “Lover,” and “Midnights.” It’s a fitting tribute to the world’s most famous pop star, who has released eleven albums and won a whopping 14 Grammys since his debut in 2003.

Swift’s 35th birthday follows the Eras Tour finale on December 8 in Vancouver. The tour concluded after 149 shows on five different continents and reportedly grossed over $2 billion, which is twice as much as any other tour in history. according to the New York Times. To the delight of many fans, it was filled with Travis Kelce references, dozens of new outfits and plenty of friendship bracelets.

“This is the funniest, most joyful, most exciting, most intense, most powerful, most wonderful tour I’ve ever done, and it’s all because of the way you handled it,” Swift told fans on Dec. 7. “There’s a reason for it.” My longest tour I’ve ever done, never played so many shows in one tour before and that’s just because I really never wanted it to end because you guys for it “You made such a wonderful experience for all of us on stage.”
