Marist Softball’s 2025 schedule released

POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist softball team’s 2025 schedule has been released.

The Red Foxes, who won the 2024 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference regular season championship, will play 53 games this season. Marist will play 27 games against non-conference opponents, followed by 26 games against conference opponents.

Marist will compete in five five-game tournaments:

  • February 7-9 at Tarleton State:

    • February 7: Arkansas-Pine Bluff, McNeese State
    • February 8: McNeese State, Tarleton State
    • February 9: Bucknell

  • 14th-16th February, Coastal Carolina:

    • February 14: Kent State, Notre Dame
    • February 15: Towson, Coastal Carolina
    • February 16: Kent State

  • 21st-23rd February, at Stetson:

    • February 21: LIU, Stetson
    • February 22nd: FAU, Stetson
    • February 23: LIU

  • February 28th – March 2nd, in Winthrop:

    • Feb. 28: Southern Indiana State, Winthrop
    • March 1: Youngstown State, UNC Charlotte
    • March 2nd: St. Bonaventure

  • March 7-9 at East Tennessee State:

    • March 7: Mercyhurst, East Tennessee State
    • March 8: St. Bonaventure, Mercyhurst
    • March 9th: St. Bonaventure

Marist is scheduled to conclude non-conference play with a home game against Lafayette on Friday, March 14.

Marist is scheduled to play 26 games against MAAC opponents this year. The Red Foxes will play three straight games against six teams and doubleheaders against four teams.

  • Three-game series:

    • St. Peter (road): March 22nd (double game) and March 23rd (single game)
    • Fairfield (home): April 5 (double game) and April 6 (single game)
    • Siena (away game): April 12th (double game) and April 13th (single game)
    • Sacred Heart (road): April 18 (doubles) and April 19 (singles)
    • Manhattan (home): April 26 (double game) and April 27 (single game)
    • Iona (home): May 2nd (double game) and May 3rd (single game)

  • Double title

    • Canisius (home): April 1st
    • Driver (road): April 15th
    • Merrimack (Home): April 22
    • Niagara (Street): April 29

The MAAC Championship will take place May 7-10 at the home of the conference’s No. 1 seed.
