This weekend the Commander in Chief’s Trophy is up for grabs.

No. 18 Army (11-1) will face Navy (8-3) in a non-conference game to conclude the 2024 regular season in the rivalry matchup between the two programs. The winner of each college football season series among the three military academies – Army, Navy and Air Force – receives the Commander-in-Chief’s Trophy.

The Black Knights defeated the Falcons 20-3 on November 2nd, while the Midshipmen defeated Air Force 34-7 on October 5th. That means either Army or Navy will play the other service academies this season and Saturday, with a 2-0 record. The winner will emerge as the series’ top seed this season. Army are currently in possession of the trophy after defeating both teams last season.

The Black Knights vs. Midshipmen game will be broadcast nationally on CBS. Brad Nessler (play-by-play) and Gary Danielson (analyst) will take the call from the stand.
