It starts to get warmer as the morning progresses, and the precipitation outside turns into pure rain by lunchtime. The rain will continue throughout the day and end Monday morning. A winter weather advisory is in effect Sunday for Venango, Clarion, Indiana and the eastern portions of Westmoreland and Fayette counties. It comes into effect at 7 a.m. and runs until 7 p.m. A winter storm watch is in effect for Cambria, Somerset and Garrett counties from 7 a.m. Sunday to 7 a.m. Monday.
