Last night (December 14), the singer-songwriter made her debut as a musical guest on the show with a song from The Secret of Us, as well as an additional track included on the deluxe version of the record.

Abrams performed in front of a fireplace and by candlelight and sang “That’s So True,” a live favorite from the “Secret of Us” tour that she included on the deluxe version of the album in October.

She recently teased that there is also a “very vulgar” version of the hit, but it will “never see the light of day.” She also performed “I Love You, I’m Sorry” from the June version of the record.

Earlier this month, Taylor Swift performed with Abrams during the final leg of her blockbuster “Eras Tour,” with the two delivering a mashup of “I Love You, I’m Sorry” and Swift’s “Last Kiss” from her 2010 album “Speak Now.”

They previously teamed up for “Us,” which is taken from Abrams’ latest album. In November, the song was nominated for best pop duo/group performance at the Grammys, where it competed against the likes of Beyoncé and Post Malone’s “Levi’s Jeans” and Charli XCX and Billie Eilish’s “Guess.”

Elsewhere, Abrams recently announced her 2025 Asian tour, The Secret Of Us, which will take her to dates in Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Japan and Thailand. Their Asian tour will follow performances in the UK and Europe, starting in March 2025. The complete list of dates can be found here.

Abrams discussed how playing stadiums compared to her first “Bedroom” tour in 2020 NME: “I remember a conversation with NME The last time (in 2021) and it was at the very beginning I ever played a show,” she says.

“I think the biggest difference is that I really love shows now, not the being on stage part, but the connectivity. I feel like it allows me to be part of this community that is so different than anything I know anywhere else. Now that I’ve experienced that, I can’t imagine that it wouldn’t happen in my life.”
