SEATTLE – Two drives, two touchdowns. Not a bad start for the Green Bay Packers in Sunday night’s game against the Seattle Seahawks.

And most of that was thanks to running back Josh Jacobs.

The Packers ran 18 plays on their way to a 14-0 lead with 1:54 left in the first quarter, and Jacobs got the ball on 11 of them – eight runs and three catches for 84 yards and a touchdown. On the first drive of the game, he touched the ball on nine of 10 plays, including a 1-yard touchdown run. It’s the first time this season that the Packers scored on their first two possessions of the game.

Romeo Doubs, returning after missing two games due to a concussion, scored the second touchdown on a 13-yard slant from Jordan Love. He made his way into the end zone, taking Julian Love and Riq Woolen with him.
