Does Lainey Wilson get “nervous” before her performance? Singer says: “If I stop…”

Lainey Wilson has proven time and time again that she deserves the fame and success she has achieved in the industry over the years and her talent is the biggest reason for her recognition. But despite making several appearances, she admitted to People magazine that she felt “nervous” before performances.

While speaking with the aforementioned publication, the country singer shared that she makes sure to feel like “Lainey,” who is also a friend, sister, daughter, dog mom, and aunt. Wilson added that as long as she could do that, she could be the best version of the artist she tries to be.

The Watermelon Moonshine artist told the outlet: “The country is having its moment and I’m proud to be a part of the movement.”

During her conversation with the publication, the WIldflower and Wildhoseres singer, who recently performed on Country’s “Cool Again” tour, co-hosted the CMA Awards with Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning, and performed at NFL halftime, revealed that she was before Everything becomes “nervous”. It doesn’t matter whether it’s singing to 20 people, 200 people or “40 million households watching the Dallas Cowboys game.”

The country singer shared, “When I stop getting nervous, that’s when I have to worry.” It’s very obvious that the success she’s having now obviously hasn’t come easy for her, as it does for many women in the entertainment industry is the case.

The Heart Like A Truck singer shared that change is happening. Wilson mentioned that there was talk about more female cast members, but also said that they weren’t all there.

She further shared that the thing about girls is that they “break through” because it is difficult to break through and they are able to “stand the test of time.”
