Owen Wilson joins Travis Scott on stage during Rolling Loud’s performance

Owen Wilson made a surprise appearance at the Rolling Loud music festival over the weekend, taking the stage with Travis Scott in Miami.

According to videos posted online and multiple reports, the actor braved the rain to take the stage during Scott’s set on Sunday.

Wilson performed before Scott’s performance of his 2023 track “FE!N.” In videos posted online, Scott and Wilson can be seen chatting before Wilson shouts into the microphone: “I’m looking for more!” A pumped-up Wilson remains on stage and rocks out to the music.

Scott later posted a video of Wilson on his Instagram Story, writing, “Made mi day.”

Wilson’s appearance at the hip-hop festival may not be all that surprising considering it was announced a day earlier that he would be starring in a new comedy set at the festival. The film is appropriately titled: Roll loudly – follows a father (Wilson) who secretly smuggles his 13-year-old son into the festival, whereupon chaos – and presumably hilarity – ensues. Production on the comedy, which is said to be based on a true story, reportedly began production in Miami over the weekend.

Rolling Loud, founded by Matt Zingler and Tariq Cherif, is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. Other artists at the three-day event included Playboi Carti, Future, Lil Baby, Shaboozey, Yeat, Don Toliver, Metro Boomin, Lil Yachty, Tyga, Rick Ross and more.
