Buffalo Bills star WR should reach a huge milestone against the Lions

The Buffalo Bills are making their final preparations for tomorrow’s showdown against the Detroit Lions. Beating a team like the Lions on the road won’t be an easy task, but the Bills view it as a challenge and a test to prove they can beat the best of the best.

After last week’s defeat and giving up 44 points to the Los Angeles Rams, Buffalo wants to get back on the road to success with a bang. A win over Detroit would be a great way to do just that.

It will take a total team effort on both sides, but the Bills are talented enough to handle the task.

Apart from this, there is also another storyline to watch during tomorrow’s game. Amari Cooper, the team’s star wide receiver, is aiming for a major career milestone.

He should be able to reach that milestone against the Lions.

With just 33 receiving yards, Cooper has the potential to reach 10,000 receiving yards over his career. He would be the 57th player in NFL history to achieve this goal and only one of eight active players to achieve it.

Last week, Cooper finally had a big play against the Rams. Since being traded to Buffalo, he has struggled to get things going.

In last week’s game, Cooper played in the absence of Keon Coleman and Dalton Kincaid. He ended up catching six passes for 95 yards. Hopefully this is the start of Cooper reaching his full potential for the Bills.

This season, Cooper has played five games for Buffalo and six for the Cleveland Browns. He totaled 40 receptions for 481 yards and three touchdowns.

Expect Cooper to reach his 10,000-yard milestone at the end. Coming away with 33 receiving yards shouldn’t be a problem with the Bills’ passing attack.

This is just another wrinkle to keep an eye on in what is expected to be a very entertaining game between two Super Bowl contenders.
