Falcons best player props at Raiders

Drake London Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+125)

With Atlanta boasting an implied point total of 25 points against Vegas’ 24th-ranked defense on the schedule, the Falcons expect to get into the end zone multiple times tonight. Given his prominent role in the red zone, this playing environment provides Drake London with a good position to score his seventh touchdown of the year.

London hasn’t scored in four straight games, but his role in the red zone remains top-notch. During this period, London achieved a 42% target percentage in the red zone and a 56% target percentage in the end zone. He is right behind Bijan Robinson in red zone chance percentage (17.4%).

This equates to an overall target share of 28.5%, which equates to 9.4 targets per game. Almost half of them ended up downfield (more than 10 yards), so there’s a chance London will get a ball wide even if Kirk Cousins can’t find it in the end zone.

Vegas is also a good choice for wideouts. They have fallen to 30th in adjusted pass defense and have allowed opposing receivers the ninth-highest target rate. The Raiders have given up 13 wide receiver touchdowns this season, tied for the 10th most in football.

With a tantalizing role in the red zone and a soft matchup, Drake London’s +125 touchdown scoring odds are worth considering tonight.

Michael Mayer over 2.5 receptions (+142)

Despite the uncertainty surrounding the quarterback position, the Raiders will likely come in as 5.5-point underdogs tonight. Considering the Falcons are just 31st in adjusted pass defense, they could do this successfully and put all three of Vegas’ best pass catchers on the map from a props perspective.

While Brock Bowers and Jakobi Meyers have more settled roles, it’s hard to ignore Michael Mayer’s +142 odds of getting more than 2.5 receptions given last week’s surge in usage.

Mayer missed much of the first half while dealing with a personal matter, but he returned to a 60% snap rate over the final four games. Upon his return, he had a total of four receptions in the first three games before being eliminated in Week 14.

Last week, Mayer recorded his highest snap rate (80%) of the season and, remarkably, was on the field for 100% of all snaps in the first half. With the Raiders, he recorded the fourth-highest shooting percentage (63%), but ranked second on the team in target percentage (26%) and was the leader in goals-per-goal percentage (35%).

That meant 7 receptions and 68 yards. This is a case where I want to zero in on a small sample of Mayer’s usage increases, and 3 receptions isn’t a particularly high hurdle for this prop.

Younghoe Koo over 7.5 kicking points (-114)

Given Atlanta’s implied point total of 25 points, Falcons kicker Younghoe Koo could have a busy night. Despite going under 8 kicking points in seven straight games, he still has plenty of options. In a soft matchup, Koo is in a good position to score more than 7.5 kick points.

Things have been tough for Koo and the Atlanta offense lately, but we’re not far away from him breaking double-digit points in four of the first six games to open the season.

Atlanta scored at least 25 points in three of those four games and has scored 25 points five times overall. In those five games, Koo averaged 9.6 kicking points on 2.8 field goal attempts and 3 extra point attempts per game.

Vegas has given up the third-most field goal attempts (2.6) and the most kicking points (9.8) per game this season.
