Pedro Pascal shows off Reed Richards’ Grays in Fantastic Four set photos

As the day of The Fantastic Four: Getting Started As the premiere draws ever closer, we’re sure to get more and more information about the highly anticipated Marvel Studios production. Today, Reed Richards himself, Pedro Pascal (The Last of Us) was spotted in Spain and several Twitter accounts like Pedro Pascal Daily and Portuguese account Marvel Diario shared images. Sporting Mr. Fantastic’s iconic gray-haired look, the star stopped to sign autographs for fans before making his way to set. The film is scheduled to hit theaters on July 25, 2025.




Pascal’s presence in The Fantastic Four: Getting Started is one of the most anticipated new additions to the Marvel Universe. Not just because of that Gladiator II popularity of the star, but also because Reed Richards is one of the most popular characters in Marvel Comics. Fans have been waiting for Marvel Studios’ take on the character for at least a decade, after 20th Century Studios (formerly Fox) failed to deliver lackluster adaptations of the superhero family in 2005 and 2015.

As Marvel revealed earlier this month, The Fantastic Four: Getting Started will take viewers back to the 1960s and see the Marvel family living in a retro-futuristic world before the 1960s avenger were even a thing. Richards and his fellow superheroes must face an intergalactic threat in their very first appearance, suggesting that Marvel is taking a “go big or go home” approach with the beloved characters – which is exactly what fans want after an appearance like this want to wait a long time.

The Fantastic Four: Getting Started also has the difficult task of restoring public trust in superhero films. In recent years, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has (with one notable exception) fumbled at the box office Kevin Fig Studio has decided to drastically change its release schedule in order to regroup and decide how to keep the MCU going. For this reason, 2025 could be a pivotal year for Marvel Captain America: Brave New World And Fantastic four groundbreaking Phase Six of the superhero franchise.


Apart from Pascal, the cast of The Fantastic Four: Getting Started also functions Vanessa Kirby (Napoleon) as Sue Storm/The Invisible Woman, Ebon Moss-Bachrach (The bear) as Ben Grimm/The Thing, Joseph Quinn (Gladiator II) as Johnny Storm/The Human Torch, Julia Garner (Apartment 7A) as Silver Surfer and Ralph Ineson (Nosferatu) as Galactus. The blockbuster will also be shown Natasha Lyone (Poker face), Paul Walter Hauser (Cobra Kai) And John Malkovich (billion) in unknown roles.

The Fantastic Four: Getting Started is scheduled to hit theaters on July 25, 2025.
