JHR adds veteran Daly to 2025 driver lineup

Juncos Hollinger Racing completed its NTT INDYCAR SERIES driver lineup for the 2025 season on Wednesday with the announcement that Conor Daly will drive alongside Sting Ray Robb.

Daly is an 11-year series veteran with 115 career starts, five of them with JHR towards the end of the recently completed season. Driving the No. 78 car, Daly secured the team’s first podium finish in the series (see photo above) by finishing third in the inaugural Hy-Vee Milwaukee Mile 250 at the Milwaukee Mile on August 31. Daly also finished 10th at the season-ending Big Machine Music City Grand Prix at Nashville Superspeedway.

Daly’s best overall finish in his career was second place in a 2016 race at Belle Isle Racetrack in Detroit. In 2010, he won the Star Mazda Championship with Juncos Racing with seven race wins and nine pole positions in 13 starts.

JHR is co-owned by Ricardo Juncos and Brad Hollinger. Robb was added to the team last month.

“I am thrilled to be joining the JHR team for the full season of the NTT INDYCAR SERIES in 2025,” Daly said in a statement released by the team. “After the excitement and success we shared in 2024, including (the) Milwaukee (race), it feels like the perfect next step.

“I am grateful for Ricardo and Brad’s trust in me as I begin the process of revitalizing my career. I look forward to chasing podiums and victories with this incredible group. Thank you to everyone involved – it was a team effort and we will continue to build on this momentum together.”

Juncos said: “When Conor rejoined us last year it felt like we had seamlessly picked up where we left off in 2010. I am thrilled to have him back in the car full-time starting in 2025. The team is fully focused on building momentum and delivering outstanding performances throughout the year with the goal of an exceptional season for Juncos Hollinger Racing.”

Hollinger noted that Daly, who turned 33 last weekend, is “a fantastic ambassador” for the sport.

“(He) has proven his speed not only in our car but also through his proven time in the series,” Hollinger said. “Giving him more opportunities to work closely with our engineers and crew will undoubtedly enhance the team’s performance and strengthen its own relentless drive for success.”

The 2025 season begins with the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg presented by RP Funding on Sunday, March 2nd. The race will be the first of 17 races broadcast live on FOX.
