Passengers horrified as ‘sewage tsunami’ hits American Airlines flight

Passengers aboard an American Airlines flight from Dallas to Minneapolis were flooded by a water leak from the rear lavatory on Dec. 7. A video from the cabin of a Boeing 737-800 shows water flowing through the aisle.

According to a passenger on board, the problem started after someone used the toilet. No one could stop the flow of water. The situation was “chaotic” as passengers lifted their feet and picked up objects from the ground to avoid contact with the “disgusting” lava water. I remember that some of you walk barefoot on the plane and even go to the toilet.

Last year, a Delta Air Lines flight from Atlanta to Barcelona was forced to turn back after a passenger vomited diarrhea throughout the plane.

The passengers returned to Atlanta and waited while Delta cleaned the plane and found a new crew. A few hours later they were sent on their journey on the same plane. The video showed the interior of the plane.

Then an American Airlines flight from Delhi became a biohazard when a sink was overflowing with human waste. The airline continued to fly this way for “more than ten hours” of the 17-hour flight after “four toilets were flooded with sewage.”

Meanwhile, an Alaska Airlines flight was flooded four inches of toilet water and United offered 5,000 miles of compensation after a toilet flood destroyed a passenger’s laptop.
